How to Design for 80% of Your Users

The 80-20 rule should work well for 80% and don't worry so much about the 20%. You can maybe play with this rule when it comes to a fair amount of feature. But you shouldn't be using that same percentage thing for humans, for people. I'm going to stop actually talking about how many people have a particular disability because that's just not relevant.
