I used to use Ulysses all the time, which is just like a basic note taking app. It has nice syncing features and you can download themes for it. But they just went subscription model and I can't believe it because it's not that like I already paid for this app. And then every time you have a major update with some nice new features... Yeah, major update. So if you think text expander is just expanding, take a little bit more time looking into it Because time invested in that error is always paid back.
