How to Create a Virtual Workplace Culture?

We spend so many hours working that, you know, even the most introverts in us needne breaks ino connection with folks. A third of our employees actually came on board remotely during the pandemic,. and so many of them have not even met their managers yet. We used to try and do zom happy hours once a week, that that now is no longer happening. It's no longer come as you aret, stay as you are, yes? Iam, right. But am absolutely seeing an increase in productivity from our employees.
