Coach Lab: Just Decide What You're Working on and Work on It

So much of what I teach, which is even in the coach lab, we start there where it's like, just decide what you're working on in your coaching. And work on it. Right? Like don't don't let yourself spin out of like, and I'm a terrible coach and I have no idea what I'm doing. So that's another thing when you said that that made me think about what separates them as well as their self concept of themselves as a coach.
