The Power of Trust

I want to hit that thing that we talked about in the in our last coaching call with our guys that I think was the glue that keeps you and I together so, so tight. And it's this trust that goes no matter how much I'm mad at Jesse or you're mad at me, I actually do know you have my back. It like if I believe and I do believe it because your actions show it. Our culture is very big on words without actions. I hate words, but I love actions. Everybody does.
