The history of the federal republic of germany is above all its economic history, sir. This was very inspiring to me because it was a powerful example how economics and economic development matters for the historical trajectory of a country. Thereis a hungarian economist, ferentianosy, who published a theory of postward growth in the late 19 sixties. Now when i read both the german literature on this and th some of the few cleome papers that were published in the 19 nineties and the early two thousand, i realize that i can do something on this.
