"When it comes to people, we want to teach coach and mentor. We want you to know that we have a vested interest in you as a person," he says. "We talk people through how to give and receive feedback because so many people, you can give them feedback and they're shook by thinking you're attacking them or even attacking the point." He also talks about his own childhood experience when an older white lady called his mom a nigger lover.
