Standards and Ethics in Politics
This has been far too big a theme of our politics in recent years. Boris Johnson was brought down by his failure to play by the rules, even though as Prime Minister he was supposed to be their guardian. Fishy Sunak came in promising to lead the UK with integrity, professionalism and accountability. But it's not really clear to me what he's doing about any of those things. The jury is out on how seriously he's going to take this question of standards.
