In the buddhist tradition, specially tabetan buddhism, they have meditations specifically that don't use words that can be comprehended. So for example, there's a meditation i learn called the moo meditation. And basically, who's leading the meditation says moo. And so whatever they say, you say. The reason they use that is cause it doesn't really have any meaning,. There's no way you can actually get your intellect trapped in it. Eventually what happens is moos subdues the ego and you have a transcendent experience. We're sort of in a mexican finger trap these days, because most us don't know how to get out
