Are There Any Downsides for New CEOs?
New CEOs need to be extra careful to avoid downsides and pitfalls. Being too solicitous about a board, like showing up with a notepad is another failure. Sometimes people do come in with either too much of an assertive position or they shy away entirely from any early points of view on what they think.
