The vast majority of people who train don't have to worry about their body composition. Going on a cut is almost always unproductive, especially if your numbers are going up right now. We want you squatting a whole bunch of weight at 16, 17, 18% body fat not shutting down your training progress so that you can drop down to 9%. There's nothing really good about being 9% body fat unless that's just your natural body fat.
