How to Say "I Winged the Presentation" Smoothly

Many Americans just simplified us as did you, did you? Alright, and the conjugation, repeat after me. Did you notice that the E.D ending makes a D sound here? If I read these words as individuals, separate from each other, it's even hard for me to say this sentence smoothly. By connecting regular past tense verbs with these E.D endings to the vowel or H sound that follows, if one follows, you'll automatically sound more native and less choppy.
