i think it's probably easier to train machines to do something tha like human thought. Then it is to make anything like a brain. We can't even make a cell from a single cell, from first principles. For the machine to really think independently, m that we have to define at what point we agree it is independent. I was a big fan of hal in two thousand and one, and so i think that's that's going to happen at some point. And but if you look at the development of creatures over hundreds of thousands years, i saw o brilliant thing.
