i knew it was a very low ball, and it's going to be quite expensive to get it. But i figured, why not? Let me get into the race. And there's an advantage being the first bid, but not necessarily a lot of advantage. The previous owners of a claim got into financial trouble. They made some mistakes. There were some issues there. So they didn't participate. And you know, in new york, in august, everybody's gone. The whole financial market is gone. Everybody on vacation. We're never going to agree to that.
