How to Model an Airbnb Replacement
You need big paper, sticky notes and a bunch of different colors because each color has a specific meaning. Usually 12 meters is enough to model an average size business, but, well, you never know. There's also some symmetry growing on in when building up a system with this stuff. So people try to get tidy and you just keep a color, you're skipping an important question. And I can imagine there's value in like if the colors are consistent, just being able to kind of like use your brain to spot patterns.
