Vitamin A in utero effects symmetry, right from one side to the other so when I see babies with buckle ties, a lot of times they'll have a really tight one on one side and barely anything on the other side. Vitamin K affects how calcium is deposited in the bones it affects a wider jaw,. and then vitamin E helps with cell differentiationso you know if you're worried about tongue ties, you are probably already doing a lot of the right things. It means of course we can't do very much about that but it is good to notice.
