Tory's motion for new trial was denied and he begged the judge not to ruin his life. Told a, told a judge he could be his son. Did you guys hear that? I know the judge looked at him like my son would never be in court for no shit like this. It was very a PR lawyer driven words. He has everything to gain at this point. If he begs and pleads and appeals and they give him a new trial, like he's just trying anything to get out of the position he's in because he has nothing to lose.
