Every lending pair becomes an AMM like once it's listed as collateral and it pairs to CRVUSD and continue. If you wanted to you could have that AMM be zero fee I don't think they will do zero fee but you could push the fees as low as you need to and you could still have the entire system be profitable so it actually means that they can build the most efficient exchange. It wouldn't be a stretched create one because finding the optimum route is still better done off chain than on chain.
