Public has an amazing legal team thatike worked with me to try to get this done. And it turns out what's interesting is that they're these sweepstake groups, that what they do is they automatically compile and itis group of like the elderly. They don't even knowhat they're signing up wher ther lis,. Like the mal mail, mail, mail mail, and it's just a numbers game. So they handle it all likeit, i'm removed, simply, just like funding this, but they're lell it probably costs them waigy more to give away this stock to comply with regulation.
