The Repair of Eating Guide

There's a difference between eating something because it has nutrients in it and eating something because your body can access that nutrients. Some nutrients are more important than other nutrients which is why even though there's not like a quote unquote pro metabolic diet there are certain foods and ways of eating that you will see consistently amongst people within that niche. It just makes sense from a stress perspective to be eating foods that are higher in nutrients and lower in inhibitors of absorbing those nutrients. That lowers your stress load and your body's ability to have to work.
