The Effects of Light Phones on Attention Spans

I'm currently at Cornell and like so many of the students around me are just absolutely enamored with their digital devices. But I was lucky enough to not have been given a phone until I was 16 by my parents. So I feel like that that light phone adventure of like 18 months is just such a fantastic way to really take a step back and see how these devices are affecting you. It's kind of funny that I have an iPhone because the only thing I use it for is messaging and reading.
