The Effects of Jumpy Worms on the Soil

Jumping worms are hermaphrodites, so they don't mate. They can out compete a lot of the european earthworms. The way that they churn through the soil actually causes problems with erosion. Jumpy worms do to the soil is they turn it over really, really quickly. It almost becomes like coffee grounds or tapioca pudding purl.
