Is There a Risk in COVID?
A lot of this stuff hadn't happened yet that was going to make it really scalable. I took a very deep look into some of that language, probably leveraging some of my experience at Uber with trying to find creative approaches to regulatory issues. It became somewhat clear to me that the regulation was not as concrete in the way people had interpreted it historically as it had generally been viewed. So we were ready to go prior to COVID. That's nice to hear. We don't get that very often.
