The Harvard and UNC Cases - Are They Separated?
In 2003, the court ruled the reverse's Bollinger that colleges and universities could use race at eight missions decisions. The petitioners say Asian Americans are significantly less likely to be admitted than other applicants. Harvard seriously denies this main argument and says it does not discriminate against Asian American applicants.
