Are Eggs Good Sources of Protein?

There have been reports that eating cholesterol is okay. But what they didn't say in the report is that there are so many other saturated fats that we eat, the animal products, processed meats and such,. They raise our cholesterol, but they're not cholesterol foods. Eggs were kind of on our naughty list for a while. Are they okay now? Well, it's been shown a couple of them like three egg yolks a week or okay. A yolk has about the maximum, the daily allotted amount of cholesterol that we should have.
