How to Write a Diary Everyday
Don't sit indoors with the curtains closed, staring at a computer screen all the time. Try and get some fresh air and sunshine. Focus on a hobby that you could put your mind to - even just painting. Meditate or do little bits of meditation every day. You can play music if you have musical instruments lying around. It's actually very good for your state of mind. Writing is quite a mindful thing to do because you'll discover it's very healthy for your English.
