How Did the Foundation Transition to a Dow?

The foundation was able to bootstrap the protocol, but ultimately it operated with a lot of regulatory risk. So we really wanted to make sure that that was not something that I guess you don't want that to kind of ossify and assist them like making or requiring a core team permanently. Because that then completely defeats the purpose of having to be unbiased and having to be decentralized. And so by the time the foundation started dissolving, at that point in time, the coherence were already up and running. It wasn't that the foundations are shut down. But rather, it's like the coherence sort of took over and made the foundation obsolete.
