The Importance of a Team
I suppose as a writer it's not intuitive to you to have a team, although perhaps you do have one. You know, whereas I think we're used to seeing in a room on your own, the idea that you have a team of some kind takes a while to come around to. Yeah,. I'm going through that transformation in certain ways right now, and I do find it sort of agonizingly. Difficult to move to that place, but it's happening and it clearly happens. "Life should involve things you don't want to do, complication and uncomfortable things," says Zadys Smith.
