The Elting Theater

The Elting Theater was a burlesque house during the Great Depression. When obscenity laws put an end to burlesque performance, it was made into a movie theater. conservators pieced together a mural that had been part of the original Elting Theater. All three of the muses are Julian Elting based on similarities to his appearance and demeanor in publicity photos.
