Is the January Elsat Too Late to Apply to Schools?

I have a one 69 on my elsat, but feel confident i can increase it by at least a few points. Would you recommend that i retake it to improve? If so, is the january elsat too late to include on thy application? I don't think there's cessarily a single right answer to this question. How strongly do you feel you can raise your score by? What is the opportunity cost of spending more time setting for the elsate again after you just retook it?
