Having a Hygienist as a Partner of Yours

Most hygienists have not had much training and education on restorative dentistry. Invest some time when you're doing, youre what we call high value dentistry. Show em befores and after. It's cool to bring a higgest into the treatment roomd and show the hygis. When you smile, don't let them know they have one. And when you dremris,  don't be so big as an ocean because panorama is more important than reality.
