James Madison's Federalist No. 14 was published on June 30th, 2007. In it he discusses the benefits and drawbacks of a new form of government for America. He argues that current forms are dangerous because they compromise what is new. The U.S. will be indebted to this manly spirit in the long-term according to James Madison.
