As a kid, i was always living in a bigger body. The people around me were way more focused on just being like, really jacked and really strong. And so all that reinforcement from everyone around me was making me feel like these weren't completely disordered habits. I'm very grateful now to be living in a place where i have a very wonderful relationship with food,. Inside of my group programmes, i'm able to create that space for people where the feedback i get for clients is this is unlike any other fitness container i've ever been inside of. It creates inexperience outside of anything you've experienced in the fitness industry, which is something i'm extremely proud of.
