Robots Can Be Used to Assess Children's Mental Well Being

Study suggests that robots can be used to assess children's mental well being. Children were willing to confide in the robot and share various pieces of information with it. But for children that might be experiencing well being related concerns, the robot actually enabled them to divulge their true feelings and experiences. This is an emerging area of seeing how robots can interactwith people and help them with their health at places where humans struggle.
