Coming Out

The coming out process is not something that checks some box at a certain age, or telling our family members. Even kids who come from the most affirming families still have a lot of anxiety and nervousness about the conversation about coming out. If we of terapus can be there with them to help them walk through this journey, it can be a really powerful thing. And i know for myself, i was really lucky. I have had some amazing pharates during the course of my lifetime. They've either been affirming or they've been trained, and they've known how to support me. That really helped me to firm up my coming out process.
