Leviticus - Is the Blood Like a Detergent?

The exodus was a liberation from egyptian servitude so that the israelites could serve god. There are two types of mandatory sacrifices in Leviticus: The sin sacrifice and the guilt offering. Offering guilt, again, just has certain connotations. It's a reparation offering, a paying back to god.
