I think he may be the first, yeah, creator of horror to consistently give his characters jobs. If you look at Dracula or Frankenstein, what are these people doing? They occasionally have jobs that are relevant to the story. And actually in the Warner Brothers films, people have jobs because that was the Warner Brothers start. But if you look at Cat People or The Seventh Victim or I Walk with a Zombie, everybody's doing something.
