The Importance of Fiber in Your Diet

In the wellness and health world in America, we are suffering from the same thing that happened to unhealthy foods, which is that a lot of the wellness foods quote unquote that people find themselves eating are just processed foods. And so there is a trap that I see a lot of health conscious people falling into with indulging in those health labeled products without really getting to the basics. That's where the benefits lie. So some healthier foods are definitely better than the ultra refined and ultra processed foods. But really, we want to give ourselves the biggest chance of getting more towards that whole foods as possible.
