How to Hire the Right People for a Good Job
How do you bring that into the culture of your business? It's a good question. I would start with the hypothesis that who is on your team matters a hell of a lot more than what you say to them. We hire grownups at decent, and because we hire those people, I think it's delightful place where I've never been before. And so I'm trying to be to my coworkers, what my co-founder for so long has been to me, which is an example of somebody trying, sometimes failing, but really making an earnest effort to find balance.
