The Fed funds rate is about to go to 5% for the first time in a very long time, and that should also be something that weighs on valuations. The Chinese government can set up these entities offshore and just buy those chips somehow if they need it. If it's hugely important, they'll find a way around it. So this is very calculated, you would think the Chinese are very calculated.
