What Made You Want to Write a Book?
Guwan: I was in Afghanistan 16 and then we went back immediately in 17. And I'm just, I'm there one day. And I was like, just having, you know, kind of this mental battle that I was going through. He says he wrote the book not for a book, but for therapy. "I let the most brutally honest two people read it," Guwan writes.
