And how does their absence become synonymous with really the ruination of my well being for whatever half life that suffering has for me? I want a druwel between different objects of grief, instead of at the plurality of things that grief attaches to. The thought, i will never see her again, metes out its punishment to you in the act of identifying with it. That's why meditation promises to be a truly generic remedy for psychological suffering.
