You suggest that these leaks can have powerful psychological effects on the exposed entity where they feel vulnerable. We don't know the full story behind this leek, how it happened, but how useful are our such kinds of operations? Ys, lek operations of this kind have we've seen many, many cases and examples throughout the cold war and after the cold war. And we know, just from archiveal material, that they create this senseof vulability in the targeted organizations.
