The Origin of Copper in Ancient Turkey

The site at caunu tupesi possibly occupied around ten thousand b c e by people living in round huts made using the wattle and daub technique. These copper artifects were not smelted, but they are actually naturally occurring copper ores that have been hammered into shape.
