The Problem With Saying the Sun Is Green
Here on Earth, if you look at the sun safely, of course, you don't see it white. The atmosphere is not democratic when it comes to letting light through. And so all the photons that are zooming towards your eyeball when they come from the sun through the atmosphere, they don't all make it. So the blue ones get scattered sideways and make somebody else's blue sky. If we put birds in space and gave them eye protection and then asked them, put a parrot up there so it can talk to us. That's definitely the most important thing.
