Do I Like the Audience?

Jeff Henderson: For any communicator, there's two questions going on the first five minutes you stand up to communicate. In the audience, they're asking the question, do I like her? Do I like him? That's what they're thinking. And if you don't, it's going to come out. They will know. So this question that Mr. Schultze opposed to us, I think, I just think it's so helpful.
