Physiotherapy for Heel Pain
I've just had every musculoskeletal disorder known to physiotherapy because I had medial heel pain. The pain I could turn on and off by putting myself into a slump position, dorsiflex in my foot and e-verting the foot. After doing this, after about three weeks my leg pain resolved. Sometimes it's kind of interesting having these pain experiences where you can use yourself as a bit of a guinea pig isn't it? It is, I wouldn't recommend it. It's so fun. So I think we need to encourage people to be more active when they've got neural disorders.
