How Much Do You Need to Fuel Your Bike?

I think it's really important for athletes to follow their plan and compare yourself to your previous self. I'm thankful there was no Strava, there was no Instagram. If you find something that works, it might not work forever. During training, a lot of times I'll go with solid food just because usually with racing,. But yeah, always in the bottles, I've got some sort of electrolyte mix or sugar just to get those carbohydrates in. And then yeah, during race, it's pretty gel sugar heavy depending on what I have access to.
