New data from the us. Census bureau shows that new home sales, for newly constructed homes, are down 35 % year over year in the south. Fewer people are now moving into charlotte, north carolina, atlanta, georgia, austin, texas than they were two years ago. That's a big problem because of all the home building that's going on.
