Kevin Boulier Is a Vindictive Individual Who Takes Pleasure Out of Harming People
Kevin Boulier was arrested and charged with 31 counts, including identity theft, extortion, and conspiracy. He had also been sued by Melinda for the posting of her underage photos. In December 2013, the state conducted a search of Boulier's home and vehicle and seized three laptops in an iPad. There were more than 10,000 private nude photographs of unsuspecting victims on his hard drive.
